Vocation Sunday celebration also known by the Roman Catholic Church Christian's as Good Shepherd Sunday has been celebrated in St Charles Lwanga Mission Station, Ntamuche of the St Paul Quasi Parish, Ntakekah, Nkwen.
The big announcement on the day came as the Christian's were told the Catholic Primary School in Saint Paul's Quasi Parish which the Christian's have been craving for in the Parish, will kickoff by September 2022/2023 academic year an information which has been highly welcomed by the Christian congregation of Ntamuche and the Parish as a whole.
Fr Ernest Njodzeven during his Homily. In a special mass at the mission station concelebrated by Parish Priest Fr Waindim Ignatius had Fr Ernest Njodzeven as main celebrant in which he exhorted the Christian's of Ntamuche to remember Christ as a good Shepherd who takes care of his sheep and celebrate those who have been chosen to serve God such as Rev Fr's, Sisters and all other people.
Fr Ernest Njodzeven told the Christian's contributions on a Sunday as such is geared towards the continuous having of more vocations for evangelization purposes sent to the Holy Father Pope Francis.
"Remember the gift in which God has given to us which is to work in his vineyard given that as Christian's, all can boost of haven received the Grace of God." He added that for the Grace of God granted to us, the Church is built as one people uniting together for a common good and "aim not to loose the Grace of God as the gentles did in the first reading." Fr Ernest Njodzeven used the opportunity to thank the Christian's of Ntamuche for their spirit of communion with one another to ensure the realisation of the Church they are worshipping in as they look forward to raising the walls.
Challenging the Christian's, the main celebrant noted that as they work in God's vineyard, not everyone will be there to support them and or bring about positivity as he told them never to be discouraged.
In the Gospel of Jn 10, the preacher made the Christian's to understand that no one can take away the sheep of Christ in them given that He is the good Shepherd As workers of God in his vineyard, "God is always with us despite we think of working tirelessly in God's house, the spirit of God is always with us."
Celebrating the Holy mass upon a special invitation extended from the Christian's and from the Parish Priest, Fr Ernest Njodzeven boosted the support towards the realisation of raising the walls of the Church.
