A new form of real estate business has seen the light of day in Bamenda which guarantees the link between the landlord's and tenants as well as services of different kind as concerns real estate business. This form of real estate business goes to answer President Biya's call to the youth to embrace entrepreneurship, on the eve of the 57th edition of the Youthday celebrated last Saturday 11,2023.
The platform, Blackprince Estate Houses is a real estate platform that easily links service owners to those in need to have such services.
Agien Princewill Atud, CEO of Blackprince Estate Houses who owns a degree in Banking and Finance and had to get into real estate given that back in his school days, discovered some nuances with the real estate business in Cameroon and had to carve out a different vision about real estate in Bamenda most especially such that problems are averted. He made it clear that the real estate business in Cameroon is not well formalized and operated as opposed to those of other countries in Africa.
The young and energetic businessman successfully came up with a different idea to real estate business and came about with a social media platform which makes it easier for people to access and do business which is certified.
The social media platform is designed in such a way that the user registers on the platform to know the various services which Blackprince Estate Houses offers to the public which makes it easier for the user without spending a franc and pays when the user is interested in acquiring a service. The easy going platform to the benefit of the user, makes it in such a way that it brings about a new format for the real estate business and with a lesser cost as well as at any given time and convenience.
